A Flex Plan is designed for specific accommodations that need to be tailored to individual courses. It is initiated by a faculty member and outlines how flexibility, or consideration, will be applied within a particular course. Each accommodation eligible for a Flex Plan will have pre-specified terms that serve as a baseline for determining additional flexibility.
If a Flex Plan is applicable, the student’s disability notification letter will include a prompt to complete it under the relevant accommodation description.
