Jenna Tracy

Jenna Tracy (she/her) currently serves as the institutional equity manager.  
 
She is responsible for influencing inclusive hiring practices throughout the University while supporting DEI educational efforts and ensuring compliance with the University’s Affirmative Action Plan. Jenna is a 2008 Pitt graduate and joined the OEDI team in July 2024. Previously, she worked in both higher education at Carnegie Mellon University where she earned her Master of Public Management in 2013, and in various leadership development and DEI roles at IKEA Home Furnishing. Most recently, Jenna worked for IKEA US developing and leading Equity, Diversity and Inclusion strategic initiatives, in addition to supporting global projects.
