This April, Prevention at Pitt will once again lead efforts for Sexual Assault Awareness Month (SAAM). This month provides opportunities for the Pitt community and beyond to come together in support of survivors, deepen our awareness of sexual misconduct on campus and explore strategies to eliminate sexual violence from our campus.
Sexual Misconduct can impact anyone, in any community, at any time. It is our collective responsibility to foster safer, consent-centered environments. To help combat sexual misconduct on our campus and beyond, Prevention at Pitt will work to engage in meaningful discussions about consent, respect, agency, healthy relationships and supporting survivors throughout the month of April.
We look forward to having our campus community join us in contributing to a consent centered campus environment!
